easy middle school cheer stunt ?
i am the flyer and one of two captains .
my stunt group will fly for the pep rally and we need something interesting to do...
we had our full, but then the base got hurt and we had to replace her and my new base is having trouble getting me up to a full any suggestions ?
they want me to just do a prep and they will spin slowly in a circle ? i think it will look stupid.
i have done fulls and one legged stunts before but my bases and front spot have not
theh back spot has done them
any help ? videos? pictures? ideas? ANYTHING!

Practice libs and do a basket toss, reload for a show and go to a lib and a single twist down. They have to get comfortable with single leg stunts eventually, why not now. Of that's too hard, you can take some of it out or switch it around so its easier for you. Whatever you do, make sure its solid.

We needed a stunt for a game and we just hitched our flyers right leg(main base pushes your leg into a full with the other leg with all your weight on your secondary base and your hands on your hips) then stepped up into a lib(push with your hitchted leg and pull a lib up and switch arms to a high v also back front and other base has to switch to a one pegged stunt while u step up) hope I helped:) goodluck(:
