Employer suing employee in favoritism?
My employer is trying to sue me for violating one of the employment policy. But, couple of my colleagues had violated the same policy. But they are not being sued by my employer. So employer suing me is legal or illegal?

Legal. Maybe he hates you for other reasons, and the policy is only an excuse. But policy is policy, you have to accept it.
