I placed an order last Thursday, the 24th and entered my credit card number, so I'm sure the money has been deducted. But I did not receive a conformation email and my order has not showed up on the site when I log in. It says it takes up to 1 business day for orders to show up, but it has been a greater amount of time already. I'm not sure if it has to do with the holidays and the site not working at that time. Is there anything I can do? If I call customer service, I do not even have an order number to tell them because it has not shown up on the site. Help please!!
