Don't expect to see weight changes after a single exercise session-- it just doesn't work that way.
The extra pounds likely have nothing to do with the run. Probably just water retention, or a change in bowel or bladder habits.
Keep exercising and eating right, don't freak yourself out over tiny micro-changes, it's the long term trend you want to pat attention to.
This always happens as running builds muscle in the legs which will therefore cause weight gain, but GOOD weight gain as it mean you have worked your muscles well.. Its like when you see body builders, they are not fat.. but they can sometimes weigh more than the average obese person because of the muscle they have.
Muscle weights greater desirable than fats. So, in case you do not have the lots fats on your physique (say your at a fifteen% BMI) and you opt for to earnings weight-it might in all probability take you much less time to get the muscle you opt for to earnings the burden. (except of direction you opt for to be a physique builder). in case you have a pair of 30% BMI or greater-you will could desire to lose the fats first and then initiate development muscle. on condition that i do no longer understand your motabolism cost (Like me I actually have a s-l-o-w cost I see nutrients and that i benefit 10 pounds) i will no longer be able to assert how stressful you will could desire to paintings at what you opt for. devour much less fatty meals and greater fiber and protein. which will additionally build muscle. Take Zinc, Magnesium, and Calcium besides.
It's lactic acid buildup in your muscles. It will come back off. It happens to me all the time. You should not panic over three pounds. It is totally normal for your weight to fluctuate. I wouldn't try to lose weight though. You are fine right now.
