German: von vs. aus... which is correct?
I'm doing an essay for my German class, and I am trying to say He gets money from the government. Would it be "Er bekommt Geld von der Regierung" or "Er bekommt Geld aus der Regierung?" Are both okay? Which one is correct?

"Er bekommt Geld von der Regierung" is correct.
The other one is not okay in this context.
"Er bekommt Geld aus einem Fonds" would be correct (He gets money from a fund).
