ok so get a paper and pen

take a blender

in it add coconut flakes, peanuts ( i used roasted, with lil salt), dates ( fresh, or soaked if they are dry) blend them, i like to not blend to smooth and feel the peanut parts

take a cupcake pan, and foil, put foils in the cupcake shape

take the nut batter and put like few cm thick layer in the cupcake shape, more or less, depends on ur choice i would like it more

clean the blender, half an avocado, a banana, cocoa, dates, spices ( i used cardamon and tonka), maybe lil coconut oil and blend away, u produce a cream and that u put in the cupcake shapes

and u can skip this part but last time I used the otehr half of the avocado, banana,dates and coconut cream and tried to make a whipped cream, it was more on the thick side, and put on top of the whole thing

then as topping put fruits maybe berries and put it in the freezer for an hr and its done

I think all chocolate has milk in it even dark has small amounts I think any way
