My husband and I are going to the beach may 13th- the 18th. We don't need to stay anywhere fancy but yet we don't want a dump either lol. Anyone be able to help me?
"good" and "cheap" don't go together. No business person in his right mind sells a good product cheap - he only sells bad product cheap. Otherwise he won't be in business for long.
But, "cheap" is a relative term that means different things to different folks and we don't know what your idea of cheap or fancy is.
There are 90,000 hotel rooms here and they're all just about the same. There are a few super fancy but you'll know those by their price. There are some dumps you'd not kennel your dog at and you'll know those by the price. Otherwise, every hotel in town has a full-time revenue manager who looks at the prices of rooms of every other hotel in town every day and prices their rooms reasonably competitive with those. Which pretty much means that any three-star will cost the same as any other three-star on any given day.
Check Hotels.com and look at the customer reviews. Ignore the ones from people who seem like they're never happy with anything but pay attention to things like "was dirty" "had roaches" "construction" etc...
PS: there's no city called "Ocean City" down here... wondering if that poster meant Garden City - not a bad place to stay... hmmm
i do not understand if this may be of a lot help yet i desire SO. This website has numerous less expensive motel bargains. the great thing about that is that it supplies execs and cons. also in case you sign up to the website it really is free to affix.. you get a $50 credit in route of your motel value if its $three hundred or extra. So if you're motel reservation comes as a lot as $three hundred you eventually end up paying purely $250.
