So The last two weeks of December I've noticed brown discharge, I don't remember if I had my December period, past few months I've been starting my period the 10th. I thought the brown slimy discharge was just my period starting. It's now January 11th no period I have period cramps headaches every now and then I'm gasy and I've noticed I've been pooping a lot more then usual. The brown discharge I've been having has almost turned into a clear/white slimy discharge almost like ***???? Can someone please help. I've taken pregnancy tests and there all negative. Last time I tested was like the 5/6 of January

It is normal to have brown discharge before and after a period. Some women vary, however most pregnancy tests can't detect if your pregnant before a few days before your missed period. Normally 2-3 depending on how expensive you want to get. I'd suggest trying to buy a 3 pack. And use them in the morning in 3 consecutive days. if still negative and you have not had a period I'd suggest going to the doctor and getting a blood test.
Also if you have taken a 1 or 2 time pill to help prevent an unplanned pregnancy such as the pills that cost 50 dollars a piece at walgreens or another pharmacy, it is normal for you to have that discharge and for your period to be exactly 28 days from the last day of that brown discharge
Hi Brianna,
sometimes women get a brown/pinkish discharge if they're in the very early stages of pregnancy when the egg is implanting in the womb. If you've done pregnancy tests and they've come back negative, perhaps try again in a few days as the levels of Hgh (human growth hormone) in your body may not be high enough yet to detect. If there's no chance you're pregnant, you might want to consider seeing your local doctor and getting a pap smear or things looked at. Have you been under muuch stress? Has anything in your diet changed drastically (eating more wheat, drinking more or less alcohol/coffee.tea?) are you taking any new mediacations etc?Hope this helps!
