You need to try to drink alot of fluids. It sounds like you are having a migraine. Migraines can be so bad that they make you vomit. Try to relax, easier said than done. Take 2 tylenol, yes they are ok when you are pregnant. Stay in cool environment, dark if you think it feels better in the dark. Turn all distractions off such as tv and radio. Tomorrow is Monday so call the dr first thing.
