Mine are 18 months apart. We planned it that way. I think I am the same as you, once I had one little one, I couldn't wait to have another. I love being a mommy. While there are challenges to having two so young, I like it better this way, as we are now done with the baby stage in a relatively short period of time, rather than waiting, and then starting all over again. By the time my older one was 3, he already had a playmate at home to keep him busy, and the younger one was potty trained by age 2 becasue he watched us go though it with big brother. I would not change a thing!
I have a 26 month old and am pregnant with our second, so our kids will be about 3 years apart, which is good because you only have one "baby" and yet they re close enough in age to play together!
Mine are almost exactly 2 years apart. They are currently 3 1/2 years old and 18 months old. They get along pretty well and the younger one (a boy) is always trying to imitate his older sister and do everything she does. It is difficult with them both pretty young and still needing lots and lots of attention, but I think it was the right spacing for us.
10 year old, 8 year old, and soon to be newborn! Wow that far apart and we plan on having one more about a year and half after this baby! Yeah I get diapers again!
i have a 3 year old born march 29 2005 a 2 year old born feb 25 2006 and a 6 month old born march 19 2008. id wait if i were you. and they are all girls
i have a 7yr. old and a 3 yr. old mine are 4 yrs. apart and I'm pregnant again so this one and my youngest will be 4 yrs. apart i wish they were closer together and we tried to have them closer together but it didn't work out that way.my oldest thinks he is to big to play with the 3 yr. old and the 3 yr. old wants to do everything that my oldest does not realizing he is not big enough yet. so i would think closer together would be easier .

I have a 10 yr old, a 7 yr old, a 6 yr old- they are 17 months apart, and I have a 4 month old. We would like one more in the next 2 years.

Between our first and second, there is a three and a half year gap.
Between the second and third, there is a 22 month gap. I found the 3 year gap a lot easier and will be opting for about the same with number four.

Our children are 22 mo. apart. They are very close, the 2 yr really looks out for his baby sister and helps out a lot with her.
I think having children any less than 22 mo. old would be pushing it, b/c they both need a lot of your help and time at times.
Good Luck
I have a 15yr (boy) , 10yr and 9 month old (both girls).
The age gap is just fine....they all get along and both of the older ones love the baby and are brilliant with her.
