How long does velveeta in a pouch last?
I just ate some velveeta mac&cheese...the cheese looked a little runny just out of the pouch, i'm not sure how old it was but it tasted fine, am i going to get sick?

Velveeta will last through a nuclear holocaust. Millions of years after the humans have left the Earth, they will find Velveeta. IT has so many preservatives and sodium it can never biodegrade.
Probably longer than you or I. They shouldn't be allowed to have the word "cheese" in the title.
Now.. with that said.. Velveeta IS the secret ingredient in my homemade peanut butter fudge!!
Velveeta will last forever. Any cheese that is shelf-stable scares me.
