How often do Texas prosecutors, prosecute under age sex?
The guy is 19 & the girl is 15. He is 1 month and 12 days over the Romeo & Juliet exemption.
If the parents consented to them dating, would the prosecutor still pursue it?
What would bring this relationship up in the eyes of the law? If they go to a movie are police going to ID them?
