we have developed a type neural network faster a lot than the traditional net using same amount neurons or transistors, but after having consult the IP specialists, we find neurobiology and physics discovery are not within patent protection, thus later we give up the plan to market the neural network, instead, we try to setup lab to do research into specific things using the neural network to replace and assist part of the human tasks, like synthetic biology, nanotech, and new energy source like catalysts for finding hydrogen, is that expensive to setup the kind of lab for extracting hydrogen or so on by figuring out a chemical process or catalysts
