I have a problem with ADD or ADHD... or whatever and it really effects how I pay attention to school or anything everyday. I also have a math dyslexia call dyscalculia so I really want to be able to pay attention in math. Is there anything I can do to help with paying attention without taking medication? And I'm also wondering if medication might just be a good option.. thanks for your help!
