Hi

I have an interview with IBM coming up, its the 2nd stage interview, they have said that the format will be:

1st interview: technical over the phone, already done.

2nd interview face to face:

1. Intro to the organization

2. Management case study

3. Techinal interview

4. Partner interview

Has anyone ever had partner interviews?

Why have they put a technical interview in the 2nd interview, as I have already had a techi interview before?

I have had consultancy interviews before, the format has been: hr interview followed by a technical interview with 2 functional analysts.

Strange!
