iv bin wondering y my clasm8s are always acting like babys who never grow up, they are sooo disrespectful....

Is it part of growing up? yes, it is before you grow up that you are disrespecful and immature once your mature you no longer immature. Can't blame someone who hasn't matured for being immature that's like blaming a retarded kid for being retarded once they reach high school they should calm down abit.
it probably is part of growing up, however that does not make it right.
