I would change also:

"Me sentí bien (de) haber tenido grandes amigos para pasar un buen rato."

"(La) pasamos genial viendo películas....."

And i'm not sure i think you should delete "en mi casa por mi cumpleaños" i mean you already said where and why you were with your friends.
