Ok, so my iTouch was on the bathroom counter and it fell off, landed on the screen. The screen itself isn't broken, yet the outer protective "glass". Everything still works and I can see everything fine, but there are just some lines from where it cracked. would any type of sealant fix this? or would it just need new glass? I'll email you all pics if u respond..
Thanks,

No sealant will do anything for you, as a matter of fact it will likely mess with the touch response of the screen.
You have two options.
1. Deal with the fact that it is cracked and live with it.
2. Pay to have someone replace the screen and digitizer.
You can purchase the parts on Ebay, just search for the terms "digitizer" along with what generation your iTouch is.
The replacement is not something you should attempt on your own, and you should expect that when you get it back some of the outer perimeter of the iTouch will have some dings due to the disassembly.
No because you droped it the guarantee would be void. Apple and all different laptop companies have faucilities which will take products that have been broken and that they are going to ensure wether that's niglect or not. additionally in case you havnt offered a prolonged guarantee then your cut-off date is one 300 and sixty 5 days after purchase
