usually honor just the Norse/Greek pantheons, but I would like to honor all gods/goddesses of birth or relating things today from all kinds of paganism (Finnish, Celtic, Egyptian any type of ancient paganism) I already know the Norse/Greek ones.
Odin (all-father), Heimdall (Rig), Hecate, Hera, Frigg, Gaia,. If I missed any tell me!
But, I'd like to stay away from the Babylonian deities.

Tawaret, the Egyptian hippo goddess is a deity of birth. So is Meshkenet is another one, and she is responsible for breathing the 'ka' (spirit) into you when you are born. Renenuet gives you a true name when born. The well-known Hathor, the cow-headed goddess of motherhood, could also be used.
Eostre is a Germanic fertility goddess you could honour (sorry for spelling, I'm from New Zealand). Hera, Artemis and Eileithya are all godesses of childbirth you missed from the Greek gods (not pantheon, Eileithya is a minor goddess).
Good call on the Babylonian deities, I don't like them either.
