I'm 17, senior in high school, and has been looking for a job. So three weeks ago I went in and asked for an application since they had a sign out. A week from there I called them, talked to the manager, she told me that she hasn't gone about calling people yet and asked for my phone number which I gave. I waited a week and called them back after I didn't get a call, and she told me to fall that following Friday (today) to try to arrange an interview because she's planning to hold interviews next week and hasn't gotten to calling me. She'd only called one or two people apparently. Anyway, I called back today, got an interview, and super happy :)
So I was wondering, to try to prep myself for it, if you've worked at Michaels or know someone who has, what sort of questions should I be ready to answer? And how should I dress, what should I not say versus what should I say, and any other related tips that would help. I really appreciated. :) Thanks all!

Say something positive about the company, tell them that you are a fast learner and a team player! If they ask about salary expectation, just let them decide don't say any # !
