But I was wondering if crust (discharge) in your underwear is reason enough to change them even if they don't stink. I don't like the feeling of new underwear b/c they are tight when they come out of the wash and they suffocate my privates. How often do you change your underwear?

I hardly wear underwear - something that I started when living in Spain, and I just never got used to it anymore. I will once in a blue moon, and when I do I change every other day (everytime I shampoo my hair).

When they have dry discharge in them you really should change though. That stuff's not exactly sanitary and it could end up giving you a rash, a baterial infection, you never know. It would be a good idea to wear a pantiliner when you have discharge issues, so you can just change it without changing the underwear.

And finally, maybe try buying some underwear of a different fabric that doesn't "suffocate" as much. I like silky!

Two to three times a day, I like different styles for different clothing, thong for the gym, simple soft cotton ones for around the house and silky low rider styles for nice slim slacks, of course sometimes there are the silky high rise style for smooth dresses.

you have to keep that area clean.. even though you might not smell bacteria is building up and you need to keep that area really clean... crust is not a good sign for you private parts!

its all up to you like if they look clean to you wear em.. i personally change them every other day but when I'm on the dot every day ... if you feel you are having a dischargie day put a pantie liner on
