I've looked on a website and I'm trying to transfer to Michigan State. I have a 2.5 GPA and it said the minimum GPA was a 2.0 to get admitted and a 3.0 to be high considered for getting in. I was wondering what would my chances be of trying to get in?

Your chances are very low.
Your desire to have an idea of your chances is understandable, but the truth is that there is no way to predict this. There are simply too many variables involved in the admissions process. Since you meet the minimum requirement, your best course of action is to apply and see what happens. Your "chances" will all depend on things like how many openings there are, how many people apply when you do, how good your admissions essay is (compared to the essays of the other applicants), what special talents you can offer, and dozens of other influences which you cannot even imagine. Try to let yourself relax, simply do the best you can on the application, and let nature take its course. If you are supposed to be at MSU, that's where you'll end up. If not, there are still plenty of opportunities for you, and you'll be guided toward them.
uffff.. its not easy there.. very hard to do..!!
