We recently bought our kitten he was on go cat wet and dry food however we switched to whiskas because it is what our other cat is on. He was ok on it at first but now he has diarrhea atleast 3 times a day and its an odd orangey colour. I switched him back to go cat and the problem is still persisting. The person we got him from said he was fully wormed and flea'd however I'm beginning to think he needs wormed again? Help!

An odd orange color often indicates coccidia - and that requires a special antibiotic from the vet, and won't be cured by any wormer. I'd be taking a nice fresh stool sample to the vet to be tested for both parasites and coccidia.
When I send a kitten home with their new owners I tell them to keep them on the food they are eating. If they need to switch it do it very SLOWLY. Just up and changing a kittens food will cause an up set tummy. So you have changed it twice. That could be the cause. Plus there are more than just worms that will give a kitten diarrhea. Such as Giardia and Coccidia. These are easily treated by the vet. If the kitten has diarrhea for several days then I would get it to the vet.

If you're giving him milk that could be it. Cow's milk upsets cats' tummies and can give them diarrhea. They love it but they really should have it. If you have to give him some then water it down loads. As for the food, kitten food is best for him. We're feeding four kittens at the minute and they do prefer the adult food so we mix both together but they're near ready to eat the adult food alone. You could try that to start him off gradually until you get him to just kitten food. That might help calm his stomach :)
If he has worms you'll see white things coming out because if he has fleas when he clean him self he shaollows fleas they'll lay eggs inside of the cats stomach thats how he gets worms. I dont know if that how make his have diarrhea maybe what he is eating. But if you have pets you gonna have to take them to the VET at all times when needed to.
