My minecraft screen goes black?
Ok I got minecraft last night and I don't have any mods or texture packs I started a world hit options then full screen and the screen went black now when I log in it goes black I have tried uninstalling it please help I jus wanna play the game

i think you should try force update and see if that works, SAVE/MOVE YOUR WORLDS BEFORE DOING THIS!, and to force update, at the log in screen hit options, and force update and than log in. (EDIT)- well, try and create a new world, and doesnt matter wat version even if its most recent you can still force update and sometimes it helps

Tell Minecraft not to go black and it will listen.
Check to make sure your video drivers for your video/graphics card are updated, It could be possible that your video card is not right for it. I put a link in for a scanner that will show if your computer can run it.
You probaly have a glitch or just spawned under ground . but any way just restart the game or update your java it could be outdated
