Not all colleges carry this degree. You can do it with an associates degree from some colleges and programs, some universities will offer a bachelors degree. The degree you are looking for is Diagnostic Medical Sonography - with emphasis on OB. I don't understand how you say you don't want to be a medical diagnostic ultrasound technician because that is what an 'ultrasound tech' is - from abdominal, fetal, OB, cardiac - there are many areas of study. You need to find a program that has the area you are wanting.
