Oliver is one of my favorite boys names, which is mainly why I chose the first one. I also think Oliver Mitchell flows better. Mitchell Oliver is nice too, and would be a better choice if you you're concerned about popularity, since Oliver is becoming very common (I know you're not pregnant though).

To answer your question about Hannah Montana- Oliver was one of the characters in Hannah Montana. He was kind of geeky, but I don't think that should be a problem since Disney Chanel didn't invent the name.
