Okay let me add some detail.
About 9 months ago i had a vericocelectomy then a couple months later i had a hydrocelectomy, please google those if you arent familiar. Anyway,
My left testicle is still swollen and their still some fluid collection, my urologist told me this was normal and he believes it is just post surgical, he told me this after my recent ultrasound. I still have pain occasionaly that feels like it did before i had the vericocelectomy, well i started doing sit ups and push ups then five minutes afterward, it started pulsing and hurting like it did before my surgeries...
Is that bad or something i should expect? Please help

The pressure on your balls during situps if they are between your legs may make them hurt. Don't do the sit ups for a while and take it easy. You had delicate surgeries and you need to be careful! If it continues to be painful tell you doctor.
First, you should know that masturbation is a natural, normal activity. It is just sex, a normal function of your body that will not hurt you even if you do it a lot. Masturbating is good for your body and your sexual organs. Pain in your testicles is not a result of masturbating a lot or changing the frequency of your masturbation, your body can easily adapt to any changes in this area. If you have discomfort in your genitals, it's going to interfere with getting an erection easily, because you get an erection when you're feeling good and sexy, not when you're hurting. This is not erectile dysfunction, it's simply the normal performance of your body. It is natural for clear sticky liquid to come out of your penis at times. When you pee, your urine may wash out some semen left behind in your urethra from the last time you ejaculated. It's natural for your body to leak some sexual lubrication through your penis when you have sexual thought or daydreams, or get sexually excited, even if you don't have an orgasm. You don't feel anything when this lubrication comes forth, it just builds up and spills out of your penis if enough of it collects. When you're growing fast, you may feel some aches in your testicles as they change shape while they grow. If you're feeling pains in your testicles a lot, go to the doctor and find out what the problem is. Pain is your signal from your body that something is wrong and needs to be corrected. Don't ignore this important signal, go and get help from your health professional.
