Strange pink tissue found in my cats urine?

My cat is very old and has kidney failure. We have been giving her iv fluids and it has helped tremendously, and she has been doing well on it for the past 4 months. Today, i noticed she has been having similar actions to what she had when she was first diagnosed; frequent peeing and licking her bum as if it itches, and she seems a bit uncomfortable. We just gave her the iv fluid a few days ago (we have been giving it to her every 2 weeks) which should be making her feel better, but she seems to be feeling not so good all of a sudden.

What worries me is in her little drips of urine, i have found little pink balls of tissue. I have no idea what it is or why it is coming out of her urine, but i haven't seen it before. what is going on? i thought maybe a kidney stone or something but she doesn't seem to be in pain while urinating. also the balls are soft and squishy, sort of in a ring shape. what the hell is it??? i am so worried now...

I will try and give her more iv fluid tomorrow and see if it helps. :(

Update:

OK PEOPLE. i have taken my cat to the vet like a million times already!! where do you think i got the IV fluid?! you cant buy that **** on ebay you know. i have spent over 2 grand just on vet visits and blood tests, flushing out her kidney, cat meds, xrays, special cat food, ect. so dont imply i am neglecting her cause i didnt take her to the vet at 2 in the morning WHEN I FIRST FOUND OUT ABOUT HER HAVING ISSUES.

I was just trying to see if anyone else had this happen to their cat during their kidney failure, because i couldnt very well do anything at 2 in the morning about it. but just telling me to "GO TO THE VET' dosnt help me at all.

My cat would not be alive today if it weren't for the thousands i have spent on her in vet offices. I do not have that kind of money anymore. I am severely in debt and live on my own, so forgive me if i wanted to get some advice before spending another grand on her, which i WILL do regardless if i have to.

bottom line, vets charge you u
