Painful swollen lymph nodes in neck?
I've had this for a couple weeks now, but i'm suffering from other symptoms including:
Difficulty swallowing solid food
Inability to urinate on some days
Constipation
Fatigue
Unintentional weight loss (165lbs lost in 8 months)
Daily dizziness, nausea and unsteady gait when walking at times.
Not sure what this is... my doctor just thinks it's "stress" lol..

Your doctor is a ******* moron. Swollen lymph nodes in a specific location indicates an infection, whether it be from bacteria or virus. If you have swollen lymph nodes on other parts of your body it could be cancer. Seriously those symptoms are not that of stress except for the constipation and fatigue. You seriously need to see a better doctor.
What you fail to mention is that ths has ben ongoing for about 12 months.
You have been diagnosed with GERD, you are a recovering bulemic and you have had extensive investigations by not only your own Dr but a ENT includung a tube down your throat.
If these Dr's are unable to give you a diagnosis what makes you think strangers on hte internet would be able to without access to your full medical history and test results?
