Hey guys, first a little information about myself. I am a sufferer of panic attacks (sudden and sometimes violent fits of panic and fear) and I was wondering if anyone could help me with my problem? I read online for some remedies but all of them don't seem to work. Exercise was a big one but I already exercise 5-days a week and also "staying away from caffeine was big but I only drink water and juice, occasionally I have a soda every 2-3 weeks or so. I can't see a therapist because I have no money. So if anyone has any advice or tricks that would be rather appreciated. Thanks!

Paper bag (you know, breathing into it) really does help.
Increases the amount of CO2 in the blood, which tells your brain to stop hyperventilating.
Also, many hospital systems have (free) support groups for people with these types of disorders - check the ones near you.
Try breathing techniques. Also there are herbs over the counter that could possibly help. But I would suggest trying to find a free support group. Hospitals are a good place to find them. But also colleges usually have them.
