You can't get very many stones in the game UNLESS you go undergound. There'll be a few different stones on the ground through the game, but if I remember correctly, none of the origionals. Riolu evolves through happiness. Happiny must be holding a round stone and be happy to evolve. By this rule, it won't be too long before you get a Blissey too.

Mespirit, Azelf and Uxie can be found in the center of thier respective lakes after you free them fom the Team Galactic Hideout and battle Palkia/Dialga. Mespirit will run away, but can be tracked with the Marking Map on your Poketech. The other 2 will stay put when you talk to them.

I don't think u can get stones anywhere but underground unless u have a action replay or somthing like that. To evolve riolu and happiny u must max out their happiness lvl by feeding them iron, protein and berries that make the pokemon friendly and things like that. And for the legendary pokemon, after they're released catch them duh!
