i was wondering if i might be able to find someone who has this or had it. the x-ray was "almost as straight as the pen" my doc said, and yes i seen it. i dont have that C curve and he said it may be able to go back with treatment but its going to be a year this feb and no improvements yet. i do tend to get discouraged and always kick myself in the butt for not being more constant with my exercises but i'm trying here. and do intend to do my best..
anyway, just wondering if there was someone out there who may be willing to chat a bit with me and share some advice or their experience.
can email me at my email: [email protected]
thank you so much in advance, and God bless.

Look online for someone who practises the Bowen Treatment in your area. It is a relaxation method for backs, necks, anywhere really. A paramedic friend had it recommended to her when she had an accident with a stretcher and no amount of physio helped her neck. She was so impressed with the results she is now a practioner herself.
It is normally about 3 sessions and average cost around 30 pounds a session.
Good luck
two things hold bones in relative alignment, muscles and ligaments. while some small amount of ligament stretching may occur from a bad accident, it is likely the main source of the cervical kyphosis isn't connective tissue injury, but neurogenic muscle weakness and elongation from spinal cord pressure due to upper cervical vertebral subluxation (fixated misalignment). you can't exercise neurogenically weak muscles into normalcy, so recommendations to exercise them are foolish. in fact, this will tend to aggravate your problems and accelerate degenerative changes that come naturally when subluxation remains uncorrected. truth is, you don't even need to worry about the curve itself (only one of many effects from the same root cause), just make sure that the nerve system is free of interference. when this is done and maintained, your body will naturally restore itself, including such spinal distortions, as much as is possible in time. see an hio method chiropractor.
