3 cyber dragon is not allowed.3 power bond is too risky
This deck is OK but could be much better. Firstly why would you run two royal decree when you have another seven trap cards. This means that you would probably be negating your own defences throughout a duel. Remove a few trap cards and replace them with another Proto-Cyber dragon and and another power bond. I'd also suggest Giant trunade. Incase you don't know this card, it returns all spell and trap cards on the field to their owners hands. You only need this one turn own no traps to finish your opponent off when you have a power bonded Cyber End Dragon on the field. Like I said this deck like it is, is only OK. I'd say 6/10. After the changes It would be 7.5/10.
Cyber dragon.... at 3, deck is not even legal, wait till the new booster comes out, new cyber dragon support
if your using power bond, you need to use fusion guard or anothercard that stops damage.
