will jagex ever have another event in which you can get a party hat? and does anyon have a party hat i can have.... tell me your runescape name and i will meet u in varrock to get the partyhat. my name is mdx95.

No, Jagex will not have another event in which you can get a party hat.
Also, even an insanely rich person is not going to give you a party hat. They are worth hundreds of millions of gp. However, spinach rolls are next to worthless.
Last I heard spinach rolls were 2gp. Partyhats......there so uncommon u would be lucky to get one for 1 mil. I seriously want a scythe, but i cant find the logs in varrock, and im quitting because i lost my best weapon & im totally broke, so i cant help u much. Good luck finding a party hat
no no more party hats will ever be I'm sorry it was a limited event like scythe's and masks best hope of getting one is to either pk or buy one
