Girl please don't. Don't you know the rules of friendship. It's different when you tell her that she's looks bad in a shirt or a pair of jeans. But when you diss her on something that she barley could change. It's just plain wrong. I have double d's. And if one of my friends pointed out I had saggy boobs (which I admit that I do) I would be so upset and feel so bad for weeks. Big saggy boobs is a lot to deal with trust me. Don't tell her. Only if she asks.
