I just bought 2 months ago a brand new Samsung dishwasher 24inch under the counter stainless steel model #DW80F600UTS.it runs fine but I noticed that every time the dishes are still very wet when it is done even if I let it sit over night. I shouldn't have to hand dry everytime. I put jet dry into it which is suppose to help with rinse and dry but that does not work either please help!

There should be a setting called "cool dry" or something similar that you can deselect that will keep the heating element on for longer in the dry cycle.
To save energy most of the units these days no longer have a dryer fan. Make sure the water is hot before running the unit to get the dishes hotter.
As advised in the first note make sure the heat dry is turned on. Also for energy savings the default selection is heat off. Hot rinse also helps but can add a lot of time and energy usage as well.
I always open the door a crack after the cycle while dishes are warm and allow them to air dry. I pull the top shelf out slightly to hold the door open.
Good Luck
