You're probably aware that stomach aches result from anxiety, but so does diarrhea. You should probably talk to a parent, school counselor, or doctor about these problems. School anxiety affects a lot of people. Try to target the source of your worry - is it friends, a class/teacher, or just school in general? Try some de-stressing exercises. A good system is available here: http://www.stress-relief-exercises.com/
Also, try to tell yourself that no matter what happens at school, you'll still be yourself, which is a unique and great person. Just smile and know that you can relax at the end of your day, but also tell yourself that you should try your best to relax during school as well. Write down things you're good at and things you like about school. This will raise your self-esteem and your opinion of school. Just know that you're there to learn, and try your best. Just apply yourself and that's all you can do. Be happy and work hard, and also realize that school itself as well as the school day will end - try to appreciate it and make good memories while you're there. If it makes you feel any better, everyone has jitters when school starts, and I, recently having gone into 10th grade, was facing the same problem you are. But I realized that if I do try to enjoy it and do my best, there's nothing to regret. Most of all, don't let school change who you are or make you scared. After all, school is just preparing you to be knowledgeable and the best form of yourself you can be in the real world. If anything/anyone within school is detrimental to your feelings of self-worth, don't let it keep happening - try to work it out with them or within yourself, and talk to an adult if you need to.
The most important thing to know of everything above is that school is just a part of your life on your way to adulthood - it doesn't define who you are by any means. Do your best, but it's just a place. A community building. And it's supposed to be a good one, even if it doesn't always seem that way!
If you continue to have anxiety issues, you probably want to talk to a doctor or a psychologist because sometimes anxiety is caused by chemical imbalances. Then, you could try medicine and that would probably help.
OMGGG I have the same exact problem! It sucks! I just started 9th grade and it has been going on since seventh I have tried everything it also happens even when I am in school and the nurse usually doesn't believe me even when I am in severe pain ;\ I am currently using prozac because i have been going through this anxiety disorder for awhile I have beeen in homebound schooling and everything but I just wish that i could go to school like any normal person but alll i can telll you is to just take an imodium before school it helps you so you won't have to keep going to the bathroom! and just hang in there make sure to get your parents to telll the school nurse about your problem and that if you get sick than they should let you call your parents and yea i know its reallly awful and its really hard but we just need to hang in there and do are best!
yeah i've answered this in the past i remember. Well you should see a therapist who will help you. You may need anxiety treatment. Anxiety can give you those sucky stomach aches. Try to relax school is no big deal so you fail a test its no big deal. What are you afraid of that is making you get those stomach aches? Is it friend related? That would help to tell us. You should try some anxiety medicine like prozac or lexapro which could really help you.
have you gone to the doctor. i would guess not. it seems that you worry to much. all these can lead to all the problems that are happenning. go see the doctor. it could be something that can be fixed with medicine.
Talk with your parents and see your doctor and ask for something to be prescribed.
