Scrollbox codes?

I'm searching for a scrollbox code that also let's you customize the scrollboxes scrollbar, so that it can match with my profile. All the codes I come across simply make a scrollbox with the basic gray scrollbar. I want to make the scrollbar black and white, like my profile.Any help?
Update:Okay, picture a colorful and vibrant scrollbox. But when you look at it's scrollbar, it's the standard grey color. Isn't there a code to also make it colorful?

Scrollbar attributes (colors, bevel, etc.) are only supported by Internet Destroyer, they do not work in any *sensible* browser.
