I applied at Disnland in Anaheim CA in December and just now I got contacted for an interview. Bad news is I just got my septum pierced a week ago and I really want to keep it. Do you think since I could hide it, it shouldn't be a problem?

As long as you hide it I don't think they'll mind, if you're really worried I would ask them about it once they've already hired you.
At most places if you have a visible piercing, besides the ear, they'll just make you cover it up or take it out. But I honestly don't think it'll be a problem. I've seen people with nose and eyebrow piercings before working there.
Unfortunately, visible piercings and tattoos violate the cast member dress code. Women are permitted to wear pierced earrings, one in each ear. Men are not permitted any piercings at all. All other visible body manipulation is forbidden.
It really shouldn't be a problem.
