Can I adopt a Siamese kitten that is 1 day before she will be 4 weeks old. I know its early to take the kitten in the mother. But just answer my question :-)
NO its not ok. The kitten is just beginning to eat canned food and will nurse on mom for at least 4-6 more weeks. NEVER take a kitten home before 10-12 weeks old minimum. Why?
1. Kittens are not weaned before 8 weeks old and still may nurse on mom for up to 3 months old.
2. Kittens are NOT fully litter pan trained till 3 months old.
3. Kittens need very important social time with mom and siblings to be mentally and physically ready to leave home.
Kittens should not be "only" kittens if under 6 months old. If you get a kitten then you either need another cat or kitten at home, or you adopt 2 kittens at the same time. If you take this kitten now, you will have severe behavior and social problems.
Are you KIDDING me? Kittens need to stay with the mother for at LEAST 8 weeks.
And "adopting" a "Siamese" kitten? That's BS. No breeder of pedigreed cats would EVER let a kitten go younger than TWELVE weeks. Adopting also implies a shelter. Shelters NEVER let kittens go younger than EIGHT weeks.
So you are you thinking about BUYING a NO BREED kitten from some lowly backyard breeder willing to let it leave the kitten way too young. WTF are you thinking????
You're going to bottle feed this kitten 24 hours a day every few hours for the next 3 to 4 weeks??? And you'll deal with a kitten that will likely never really be good at using the litter box, lack interpersonal skills and probably end up with stunted growth since it didn't have its mother's milk for at least 6 weeks? How selfish are you???
Absolutely not! The absolute minimum is 8 weeks, and most responsible breeders don't let their kittens go to forever homes until they are 12 or even 14 weeks old. Not only does kitten need nutrition from mom, but there are things that kittens learn from mom, things like good litter box habits and how to play nicely without using claws. Four weeks is just way too young!
No. Kittens should be at least 6 weeks before they are totally weened. 8 weeks if over precautionary and really depends on the kitten. Absolutely, positively no earlier than 6 weeks.
No because that is not only way too young to be taken from its mother and siblings but its also against the law to acquire an animal under the age of 8 weeks. At 4 weeks, its still needing to nurse so I would wait.

No you want to wait 10 weeks. You do want a healthy kitten don't you ?
No. They still need their mothers milk. They must be at least 8 weeks old before you can take them from the mother.
No, not and have it live long you can't. Unless you bottle feed and there's no antibodies in that.
