Im wondering what is a better protein powder to take to see better results Soy or a beef protein powder, dont really care about taste just results, i know you dont need powder to gain but i would like to try it. Thanks

Well whey protein is generally accepted as the best for building muscle.
As for beef and soy, I don't know. However I would be careful with soy if you are trying to avoid GMO's. Soy beans are often genetically modified.

Protein powder is dumb companies are making millions of dollars off of idiots who for some reason think that protein powder is useful in anyway.
Neither. You don't been powders to make sure you have enough protein, just consume beans and nuts.
