okay i want to lose my stomach..so whats the best exercises to lose that and love handles? and i wont gain muscle will i?
also if i run does that make weight fall off? even the stomach area? bcuz id like to lose a lil bit of weight everywhere..and tone up..mostly round my stomach..so which is better to do..stomach exercises?? or running? or jogging?
i just want to tone up..and lose some weight in my face and thighs..and blah blah..mostly the stomach though..
any suggestions??

when you run, the first place you want to lose is going to come off last.
but to build up your stomache muscles you can try doing some sit ups and curl ups. it helped me
