I never had right, more like left...
If you're running around, I bet you feed the same.
I get a lot of pain if I eat bread so I have to avoid all grains, eat a lot of fiber with greens... actually I can eat as much fat as I want (almonds and even drink olive oil) but if I eat grains... I get in horrible pain...
So drink more water and get greens with that crap you're eating on the go... Steam vegetables or something...
You're probably more likely to get worst if you go to the hospital...
If you eat greens you can even prevent colon cancer since your food won't rot in your but for a week but you'll poop it everyday thanks to the water and fiber.
Did you know that you can get anemia (low red blood cell, not enough oxygen, from lack of B12 or iron) even if you feed on nothing but steaks? It's because you need the vitamin C of greens to absorb Iron... Red meat is extremely hard to digest... I can even feel it move inside me... so I eat a salad on the side to make sure it doesn't get compacted, taking fluffy bites in between red meat.
So I'm not constipated anymore.
Or you can avoid any changes and go to the hospital. Get fancy drugs. Pain killers that will be so toxic that it will damage your kidneys and other side effects. Told that it's only in your head and take antidepressants... or other bullshits...
I think eating greens and drinking water is way less trouble. Enjoy~
