Exercise while you sleep.... brilliant!

I get stomach aches too quite often. It seems like it usually happens when my bladder is really full. though.

Stress in the muscles causes the ache, normally.

Exercise of the muscles works well, in normal condition. If we drink water just before going to bed, the bladder gets full till the morning, that could be one reason.

Please, find the exact reason of the stress in the stomach muscles and go for the suitable remedial cure. Check for the food in the dinner. Avoid taking solid food in the dinner. Hope it will be better, after a few days from today.
