Your Open Question: Strange adrenaline induced strength?
So, I just started experiencing this weird sensation a few weeks ago. I have these moments when I'm super on edge, my whole body goes numb, and I feel really strong, of course I never tried liftin something....on purpose...I was at MMA practice today and I experience this sensation again, it was like the feeling right before you get angry, I was able to lift a much larger opponent then myself, with no leverage! I only weigh about 130 lbs! This guy was around 180! Whenever I experience this, as I said, my body goes numb, and I'm really aware of everything around me...I also get very cold....and it's gotten to the point at which I can somewhat turn it on and off willingly! What is this? Is this normal?

That's a normal adrenaline rush.
When your physique thinks it is in horrible risk it releases a rush of hormones to support you maintain the main issue. This expenses you up so which you could either run from a risk or head it face on. It is referred to as the battle or flight response. Curler coasters are a approach to trick the brain into releasing these hormones, without the of any danger.
