Within the last couple of days I've been having some strange pain. I've been getting headaches, but that's normal for me. The pain started in my upper back, but it's moving daily. Now my arms, hands, and calves feel as if I've been working out for hours, and I've not done anything out of the ordinary. Also my hips have started hurting, and I feel like there is a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade. These symptoms don't sound like anything I have ever heard of, if you have any possible answers for me, please let me know.
