Strong pain in left arm?
Last night just as i was about to fall asleep (already was in my bed), and I had this strong but still very short (like 0,5 sec short) pain in the middle of my left arm, followed by a five seconds more than average strong numbness, and cold feel in it at the same time... Heart rate went up to like 130 for couple of mins (cause i was scared) than all back to normal... What is it? Please help, im scared! :((

How old are you? The answer is age related. If this is the first time you've encountered something like this, it may not be anything
But:
It is something that you should look into like yesterday. Go to a doctor and find out what he says. Take your blood pressure at a pharmacy if you can't go to a clinic.
So brief pain in your arm followed by anxiety which caused your heart rate to increase? Your fine.
Sounds almost exactly like a pinched nerve or something.
A trip to the doctoe is never a wasted trip. If you're concerned enough to ask us about it you should see a doctor.
Its probably nothing so just relax don't work your self up over it.
How old you are? If your age is below 20 then don't worry about heart attack. Consult with Doctor and check BP and do ECG .
Go and get yourself checked out....Don't be to proud to go to the doctor..if it's nothing you will sleep better..if you have family with health issues I urge you to go.
