So i am thinking about getting a tattoo on my inner forearm, but my veins are a little big, or show alot. Will that be a problem when getting it tattooed over? Will it hurt getting tattooed over veins? And are the arms the least painful area to get tattooed? Or are there other least painful areas? I know not over bones.

Your veins are under your skin. The tattoo needle just penetrates the first few top layers of skin. So that's no problem.
Inner arm hurts more than the top, but it's still not too bad. Needles poking into a fresh sunburn.
Tattoos don't affect your veins, if your tattooist knows what they are going. Tattoos only affect the top layers of the skin, there shouldn't be a problem with going over your veins. The tops of the arms are not too bad. As you get closer to the wrist it can be a bit pain full.
The veins and stuff should be no probablem and shouldnt hurt anymore then the rest of the tattoo and from what i know arms and leggs hurt the least to tattoo. good luck =]
