I found a side that trys to explain my problem, it says that Spain's collective bargaining doesn't apply to the company and workers because it is politicized, does that mean that the company might want to dismiss the worker earlier because there are misunderstandings? could you explain me what exactly this means for the unemployment?

A thing that I didn't understand too were high severance payments, it would be great if you could explain to me what high severance payments have to do with unemployment, I feel so lost.

Spain's productivity is decreasing, do you think it is right to say that this is also a reason why Spain has high unemployment, because they don't have much production so there are no jobs to produce things?
