Oh yes, & I can't eat hot food. Should have added that with the burning.
Update:Oh yes, the things that burn my toungue...I forgot to add "Food warmer than room temperature."

it sounds neurological (in your brain.) but you probably need to start by talking to a general doc, since it is also possible it is a problem in taste buds, or even ( i think) maybe the pancreas. ( not sure of that)
it isn't unusual for you to start to like what you used to hate, and to start to hate what you used to like.
but the other changes you describe are unusual.
